STEP 1: CLICK “Create an account

STEP 2: CREATE A USERNAME & PASSWORD    

- Input your information and create a username and password

STEP 3: LOG IN        

- After creating your LOGIN, it will direct you to the home page,

under my tasks, Click “Register for a test”

  • Select Organization “Government/ State Licensing Agencies”

  • JURISDICTION: “California”

  • ACCOUNT: “CA Department of Insurance”

  • CLASSIFICATION: “CA PSI SITE- Life, Accident and Health Agent Examination (Life Agent)

  • Exam Fee is $83, -- Click “register”

STEP 4: PERSONAL INFORMATION

- Plug in your personal information

- Under School/ Provider Click “99999/Other or NONE”

- Check “Yes” to get fingerprints done on site

- Click “Continue” when finished

​

STEP 5: PAYMENT/FEE

- Plug in Card Information

​

STEP 6: SCHEDULE DATE/TIME

- Go Back to Home Page, & under tasks Click “Schedule for a Test”

  • Under Registered Records “CA PSI SITE- Life, Accident and Health Agent Examination Click “Schedule for a Test”

  • SELECT TEST CENTER: Put your zip code & Click “Search”

  • Click the Test Center site that is most convenient to you

  •  Select your preferred Test Date & Time

STEP 7: CONFIRMATION

- You are good to go! Please print this confirmation page for your

records.

When you pass your exam, have your fingerprints done at the testing site!
